Florin Manoliu – Winemaker, Pandora Winery
He made his debut in winemaking in 2005 at S.C. Vincon Vrancea S.A., where he had the opportunity to make wine for the first time in the country's largest wine-growing area. After seven years of activity, Mr. Florin joined S.C. Murfatlar România S.A., where he had the opportunity to work with the most renowned Romanian winemakers.
Another six years of professional development followed. Next a new challenge came along from Alira Winery. Florin Manoliu brought here his contribution and skill in four winemaking campaigns, obtaining remarkable results.
In 2020, a new adventure began for Mr. Florin, a new project, namely: Crama Pandora, a new premium boutique winery.
The collaboration was a spectacular one from the very beginning, in which the results of the winery were quickly materialized in medals obtained in specialized competitions. Following the collaboration, in 2022, Crama Pandora proved to be the most awarded winery in Vrancea, with the largest vineyard area in the country, at the IWCB-Vinarium international wine competition.
